SANHUAN is located in Wenling City, Zhejiang Province, a city with beautiful scenery, mountain and sea culture and a livable city where the first ray of dawn of the new century in China is just beginning. The company's headquarters and main factories are located in the Eastern New District of Wenling City. It was founded in 1999 (formerly Wenling Yanda Machinery Parts Factory)
In 2016, the company purchased new land and built a new plant to carry out industrial transformation and strategic upgrading. The company has passed ISO9001 and IATF16949 system certification. After the upgrade, Sanhuan's focus has shifted from traditional manufacturing to high-end manufacturing. After more than 20 years of hard work by Sanhuan people, the company has formed a modern production base covering an area of more than 100,000 square meters with the commissioning of the new plant. More than 10 provincial technical patents have been obtained. At present, the company's gear parts have reached more than 1,500 varieties, covering hundreds of models of heavy-duty truck double intermediate shaft gearboxes and various types of box gears and shaft products, fully meeting market demand. Through technology and market investment, the company has a full set of supply chain capabilities from product sample reverse design, research and development, testing, production to after-sales service, and has entered the world's largest overseas automotive parts after-sales market in Europe and the United States.
The company has a complete metrology and testing system and quality assurance capabilities, as well as professional heat treatment metallographic testing and material performance testing, which provide strong quality and technical safety guarantees for the production of high-quality gears.
